## Stay essentials

What are the check-in and check-out times?+

Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is until 11 a.m. For a late check-out or a special request, contact our team — fees may apply.

Is breakfast included?+

Yes. A continental breakfast is included with your stay, every morning.

Is parking free?+

Yes, and no reservation is needed. The lot takes cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, trailers, trucks and buses.

Is Wi-Fi included?+

Yes. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.

## Rooms

What is in the rooms?+

Every room has a mini-fridge, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker.

Do you have rooms with a whirlpool tub?+

Yes: 22 of our 74 rooms and suites have a private whirlpool tub. Choose that category when you book.

Do you have connecting rooms?+

Yes. There are only a few, so we recommend asking ahead.

Do you have accessible rooms?+

Yes, adapted rooms are available. Contact our team and we will help you choose the layout that suits you best.

Are dogs allowed?+

Yes, in certain rooms, for an additional fee. Mention your dog when booking so we can confirm availability and conditions. Please note that only dogs are accepted.

## Pool and waterslide

Is access to the pool and waterslide included?+

Yes, for every hotel guest, at no charge and with no time slot to book — within the opening hours posted at the front desk.

Is the indoor pool open year-round?+

Yes. It is heated and open in summer as in winter.

Does the hotel provide pool towels?+

Yes, free of charge. No need to use the towels from your room.

## The hotel and the area

Where is the hotel located?+

At 500 rue Léonard in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, in the heart of the Laurentians, with easy access to Highway 15. Downtown, Lac des Sables, grocery stores, pharmacies, the hospital and gas stations are all close by.

How far are you from Mont-Tremblant?+

About 30 km. The hotel is also well placed for the other mountains and destinations of the Laurentians.

Which ski hills are within 30 km?+

Mont Tremblant, Mont Blanc, Les Sommets (Saint-Sauveur, Gabriel and Olympia), Vallée Bleue and Mont Alta, among others.

Can you reach the hotel by snowmobile?+

Yes. A local trail behind the hotel connects directly to trail 325 and the Laurentians network.

Can you reach the hotel by bike?+

Yes. Hotel Terra is part of the P’tit Train du Nord hotel circuit.

What is there to do near the hotel?+

The Laurentians offer something year-round: skiing, biking, hiking, snowmobiling, golf, swimming, water sports, the Santa Claus Village and the P’tit Train du Nord.

Are there restaurants and shops nearby?+

Yes, several are within walking distance of the hotel.

## Booking

What is your cancellation policy?+

For a booking made directly with us, cancellation is free up to 24 hours ahead. Bookings made through an online travel agency such as Expedia or Booking follow that agency’s cancellation terms.

Is it better to book directly with Hotel Terra?+

Yes. Booking direct gets you our best available rate and more flexible conditions than through an online travel agency.

What if I find a lower rate on another site?+

Call us before you book. If you find a lower price for the same room, the same dates and the same conditions, our team will match it.
